Data is at the heart of everything REACH 316 does. We collect and analyse program data to plan strategically, direct resources where they achieve maximum impact, and report transparently to our funders and communities. All data is handled responsibly — personal information is protected, and metrics are used solely to improve services and demonstrate accountability.
Beyond direct learner support, REACH 316 works at the strategic level of the education system. We have provided strategic training and workshops to 135 school management teams — equipping principals and management teams with action plans that address barriers to learning, improve literacy outcomes and strengthen whole-school performance. By building capacity at management level, one intervention improves outcomes for every learner in the school.
